Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Everett, Washington. This role involves performing skilled specimen collections, patient interactions, and travel to additional sites as needed. The position offers a quarterly incentive program and a competitive hourly pay range in a patient-centered environment.

You will work a 6:00am–6:00pm schedule Monday through Friday with potential overtime. Previous Labcorp experience is a plus; a valid WA phlebotomy license is required at hire.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington phlebotomy license.
• 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• 6+ months Labcorp phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
