Job summary

LCA Lab. Corp. of America is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in the Vancouver and Portland Metro areas. Responsibilities include performing blood collections, maintaining logs, and providing excellent customer service.

This position requires a Washington State Phlebotomy license (MA-P) and offers a pay range of $17.75 to $27.28 per hour, along with a float incentive and mileage reimbursement. Comprehensive benefits are available for employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week.

Qualifications

• 3 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist preferred.
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques.
