Job summary

Labcorp in Mishawaka, Indiana is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform blood collection and support multiple clinics across northern Indiana, with a schedule that includes Monday–Friday hours and rotating Saturdays as needed.

Travel to Mishawaka, South Bend, Goshen, and other northern sites is required. We value accurate data entry, exceptional patient service, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Competitive benefits and PST incentive are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience or more.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (if no experience).
• 2+ years phlebotomy experience in outpatient lab (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Process billing information and collect payments when necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
