Job summary

Labcorp in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Phlebotomist Floater to join our team. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections for all ages, travel to multiple sites, and support patient care across clinics.

The role requires a high school diploma with 1+ year phlebotomy experience; a phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year or more phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when necessary.
• Travel to additional sites as needed and provide excellent patient service.
