Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training or 3+ months experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Enter patient information accurately into the system.
• Process billing information and accept payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain logs for patient and specimen information.
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
• Handle administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Travel to additional sites when required.
