Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Charlotte, NC seeks a Personal Banker Associate I for the Kings Drive Financial Center. After a 4–8 week onboarding with rotations, you will assume a Retail Personal Banker I role focusing on consultative sales to identify and meet customers' financial needs.

You will process teller transactions, build relationships, cross-sell products, and coordinate with Mortgage, Small Business, and other partners while upholding strict risk and compliance standards.
