Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• Strong communication and professional appearance.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS required.
• Familiarity with Retail policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and financial needs assessment to identify current and future financial needs of customers.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and other marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Primarily focus on cross-selling to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish close working relationships with partners to provide timely, holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to year-over-year revenue growth.
