Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a motivated Float Personal Banker Associate I in Dublin, OH. You will start in a comprehensive onboarding program and rotate through operations and Sales & Service to become a Retail Personal Banker I.

You will process teller transactions and participate in cross-selling while building strong customer relationships and maintaining confidentiality. A NMLS registration is required.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial industry preferred.
• Ability to engage customers with sales activities to acquire new households and cross-sell.
• Understanding of basic math for credit and financial analysis.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise sound judgment.
• Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose suitable solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for reviews using approved tools.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with assigned partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
