Job summary

Marathon Health seeks an experienced Medical Assistant to support multiple locations as a Float MA. You will work closely with a primary care physician to deliver patient care and ensure a smooth guest experience across sites.

The role requires flexibility to cover shifts and travel within the state/region, with responsibilities spanning clinical tasks and front-desk duties. CPR/BLS is required at start date.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or related program.
• National or state MA certification/registration preferred; required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to rooms and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Take vitals, draw blood, give injections, and assist with procedures.
• Coordinate with labs and assist with patient scheduling and records.
