Marathon Health in the United States is seeking an experienced Float Medical Assistant to support multiple locations within the state and region. The role blends front-desk duties with clinical responsibilities, requiring flexibility to cover shifts as needed and travel to various sites.

The Medical Assistant collaborates with primary care physicians to deliver patient care, take vitals, administer injections, and coordinate tests and referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in primary care.
• Graduation from an accredited MA program.
• MA certification or registration required in states that mandate it.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Escort patients, prep exam rooms, and maintain supplies.
• Take vitals, draw blood, give injections as directed.
• Support front desk with scheduling, records, and referrals.
• Coordinate tests with contracted labs and document results.
• Assist providers and ensure continuity of care across locations.
