Job summary

Providence is seeking a float RN Nurse Clinician to provide holistic care to terminally ill patients and their families on a 7 day on/off schedule from noon to 10pm in Spokane Valley. You will assess needs, plan, coordinate, implement and revise the Plan of Care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice group to anticipate changes and avoid crises.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Washington RN license required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care to terminally ill patients and families.
• Assess needs, plan, coordinate, implement and revise the Plan of Care.
• Collaborate with the IDG to anticipate changes and avoid crises.
• Shift, schedule and caseload may vary by assignment.
