You will work with the interdisciplinary group to anticipate changes, avoid crises, and maintain continuity of care. Prior hospice, home health, or oncology experience is valued, and Washington RN licensure plus BLS are required on hire.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's in Nursing or equivalent education/experience.
• Washington RN license required upon hire.
• Provider BLS certification due within 30 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Provide holistic care to terminally ill pediatric or adult patients and families.
• Assess patient needs, plan, coordinate, implement, and revise the Plan of Care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice group to anticipate changes and promote quality of life.
• Shift, schedule and caseload may vary by position.
