Job summary

AHL HealthCare Group is hiring Float Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to train and work at each of our Minnesota programs in Duluth, Hermantown, Two Harbors and Saginaw. Float DSPs travel between programs, receive a week-to-week schedule, and are paid a higher rate with mileage reimbursement.

Positions are part-time with day, evening, and awake overnight shifts. Requirements include being 18+, at least 1 year of field experience, ability to pass a MN DHS background check, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience in the field.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Driver's license and ability to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal cares.
• Assist with grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Document services provided daily in electronic records.
• Demonstrate supportive behavior with clients and coworkers.
• Attend appointments with clients.
• Travel among programs and fill in as schedule requires.
• Provide training in all programs and fill in per schedule.
