Job summary

Fraser is hiring On Call / Float Direct Support Professionals to work Full- or Part-time in group homes and apartments across the Twin Cities Metro. You will help adults with diverse needs, providing care, supervision, and community integration.

The role includes training, growth opportunities, and a starting pay range of $17.00–$19.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, with benefits and a flexible schedule. DHS background check required and a valid MN driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass DHS background study.
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and ADLs.
• Support money management and personal cares in group homes.
• Prepare meals and assist with transportation and activity planning.
• Foster community integration and independence for clients.
