Qualifications

• Must be able to assist individuals with activities of daily living including bathing and toileting.
• Ability to work with people of different abilities, genders, ages, cultures, and ethnicities.
• Must be prepared to respond to hazardous situations including illness or aggression.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the medical, financial, social, and emotional needs of individuals served and daily program operations.
• Assist with personal hygiene, medication administration, daily household chores, and community participation.
• Safely drive the company car or other vehicle to activities around the Twin Cities and support community involvement.
• Follow reporting procedures for accidents, injuries, or illnesses and escalate as needed.
• Follow licensing regulations and Hammer & NER policies while promoting person-centered care.
