Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Float BCBA to support autism services across clinic sites with a hybrid delivery model. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, coach caregivers, and ensure high-quality, ethical service delivery under the Clinic Director and regional leadership.

The role requires BCBA certification, 3+ years of experience (5+ preferred), and willingness to travel to assigned clinics and homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA experience; 5+ preferred.
• Experience supervising BCaBAs, RBTs and therapists.

Responsibilities

• Independently conducts assessments using appropriate ABA protocols.
• Develops treatment plans and writes goals.
• Supervises clinical teams and provides BST.
• Coaches caregivers and participates in Family Treatment Guidance.
• Meets BACB Ethics Code and company guidelines.
