Job summary

Caravel Autism Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Float BCBA in Des Moines, IA. Youwill conduct assessments, design and supervise treatment plans, and collaborate with families and clinic staff while ensuring ethical, data-driven care across locations.

This hybrid role combines clinic and telehealth work, with in-person presence required several days monthly. Applicants should have BCBA certification and state licensure if applicable, plus experience with

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA and/or state-licensed behavior analyst where applicable.
• Minimum of three years working as a BCBA.
• Five years of ABA experience with autism preferred.
• Continuous direct clinical support and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Independently conducts client assessments using standard protocols.
• Scores, interprets assessments and discusses findings with stakeholders.
• Develops and submits treatment plans with goals and supports.
• Collaborates with caregivers on treatment and family guidance sessions.
• Supervises BCBAs, senior therapists, BTs and RBTs with BST and coaching.
• Participates in meetings and cross-functional projects as needed.
