Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Lead BCBA to lead behavioral assessments and design intervention plans for individuals with autism. In collaboration with the Clinic Director, you will oversee the clinical team, coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Minimum three years of BCBA experience; five years in ABA preferred.
• Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff.
• Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and interpret findings for stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and modify treatment plans and goals.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT staff.
• Collaborate with families and Clinic Director to support outcomes.
• Lead clinical training and ensure adherence to BACB ethics and policies.
• Engage in performance reviews, coaching, and development of team.
