Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to serve as a Float BCBA supporting clinics across our network. You will conduct functional assessments, design and update individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide clinical oversight for children with autism in home and center-based settings.

You will supervise and coach behavior technicians, analyze data to guide interventions, and partner closely with families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians.
• Experience conducting functional assessments.
• Ability to work across multiple clinics.
