Job summary

Caravel Autism Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a Float BCBA, supporting multiple clinics in Wisconsin. You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, supervise staff, coach caregivers, and ensure ethical service delivery with data-driven decisions.

The role uses a hybrid model with telehealth elements; in-person presence required at clinics, homes, or community sites based on assignments, travel, and proximity to your residence.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA certified or state-licensed where required.
• Minimum 3 years applying ABA with autism; 5+ preferred.
• Experience supervising clinicians and coaching caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans and goals, and analyze data.
• Supervise BCaBAs, Senior Therapists, BTs and RBTs; provide BST and coaching.
• Collaborate with families, attend meetings, and report outcomes.
• Ensure ethical service delivery and compliance with BACB guidelines.
