Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a Flight Vehicle Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to direct the FV IPT, establish the IMS, and ensure program objectives are met. You will apply EVMS practices to manage scope, cost, and schedule, and lead on Phase 2 proposals with CAMs and sub-IPTLs. A strong background in missile systems and leadership across multi‑million dollar budgets is required.

Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in missile systems or related defense programs.
• Experience leading engineering teams in trade studies, design, requirements management and integration/test.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual budgets.
• Ability to achieve Raytheon PM Certification Level 4 within 1 year of hire.
• Active, transferable Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Leadership experience with EVMS and Agile execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead FV IPT in establishing and maintaining an IMS aligned to program objectives.
• Use EVMS methodologies to track scope, cost, and schedule.
• Lead FV task scope on Phase 2 contract proposal teams.
• Build multi-layer team with sub-IPTLs or CAMs for oversight.
• Contribute to leadership decision-making and strategic program direction.
• Engage with the Program Office to align technical priorities.
• Maintain relationships with Navy program office as primary FV contact.
• Provide mentorship and career growth guidance to team leads.
• Ensure EAC and LRE development and sign-off for FV scope.
