RTX’s Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) seeks a Principal Engineer IPTL to lead Integrated Product Teams on defense programs in Ft. Wayne, IN. You will drive execution, manage technical subsystems, and ensure EVMS/IMS alignment while maintaining strong customer partnerships.

Must have 8+ years in defense program management with an active Secret clearance; travel ~10%. You will mentor engineers, coordinate with cross-functional peers and senior leadership to meet schedule, cost, and performance

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• 8+ years of relevant experience in defense program management or IPT execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Meet contractual commitments including cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Report metrics to program and functional leadership including EAC.
• Provide leadership to design, develop, integrate, test and deliver a compliant system.
• Communicate program status and needs with Raytheon leadership and customers.
• Mentor team members and manage risks and opportunities.
• Travel as needed (about 10%).
