Job summary

RTX's Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department seeks a Software IPTL to lead IFPC software scope onsite in Tucson, AZ. You will manage cost, schedule and execution for the program, ensuring quality and budget adherence as you oversee deliverables and collaboration with PMO, OCE, IPTs, CPTs, and external partners.

You will mentor engineers and team leaders, drive proposal cost efforts, and participate in regular technical reviews, staffing projections, and EAC reviews,

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects.
• Experience leading or contributing to proposals (BOEs) and reviews.
• Active Secret U.S. government security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for cost, schedule and execution for IFPC Software scope.
• Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts.
• Provide mentorship to team leaders and engineers in IFPC Software.
• Collaborate across functions and engineering disciplines.
• Travel domestically as required to customer/government test locations.
