Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience in defense.
• Experience in program management or IPT execution within the defense industry.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams across engineering, contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing and quality.
• Active Secret clearance or transferable equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Meet contractual commitments for financial, technical and schedule performance.
• Report metrics including Estimates At Complete (EAC).
• Provide technical leadership to design, develop, integrate, test and deliver systems.
• Communicate program status, milestones and risks to leadership and customers.
• Mentor team members and manage risks and opportunities.
• Travel about 10% as needed.
