Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee pilot training plans and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with Training Managers to schedule training events.
• Communicate daily tasks and important items to the team.
• Field emails and in-office questions from instructors and students.
• Monitor TSA security requirements for Foreign Nationals entering training sessions.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, Outlook and Teams to maintain accurate information.
• Plan recurrent training events and book simulator time and resources.
• Coordinate check airmen and instructor schedules for training events.
