Republic Airways is seeking a Flight Training Coordinator to support our pilot training program. This role ensures student, instructor, and simulator schedules are aligned with the training timeline, from indoctrination through IOE, using resource theory to balance constraints.

Job Category: Flight POSITION PURPOSE Flight Training Coordinators are an integral part to the pilot training program ensuring that essential pilot training needs are met. This associate facilitates student, instructor, and Sim schedules for each class throughout the training timeline. This includes starting after Indoctrination, during Flight Training Devices and Simulators, and up until the beginning of Initial Operation Experience (IOE). Additionally, they will utilize the theory of constraint concept to best fit the demands of our resources and training needs.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Knowledge of Microsoft OS, including Microsoft Office Suite and various web browsers
Ability to multitask and interact with multiple computer applications and adapt to new software programs when incorporated into the department.
Self-starter
Previous experience in the Airline industry.
Associates Degree.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Multitasking while applying problem solving and written or oral instructions to multiple parties.
