Republic Airways seeks a Flight Training Coordinator to support the pilot training program from Indoctrination through IOE. You will coordinate schedules for students, instructors, and simulators, while applying constraint-based thinking to optimize resources.

You will use Fox Britannica, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, Outlook, and Teams to keep training records accurate and up to date, and travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred for advancement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
• Ability to multitask and communicate with instructors and students.

Responsabilités

• Oversee pilot training plans and adjust as necessary due to circumstantial issues.
• Coordinate with Training Managers to ensure scheduled events occur smoothly.
• Plan and book simulator and flight training device time and resources.
• Monitor TSA requirements for Foreign Nationals entering training sessions.
• Communicate daily critical tasks to instructors and students.
