Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and audit student documents in the recordkeeping system.
• Assign and reassign aircraft to reservations for efficiency and maintenance.
• Serve as liaison between students and instructors for documents and badges.
• Purchase fuel, hotel rooms, and transportation for students and staff.
• Monitor and finalize daily flight schedule and non-compliance records.
• Provide 22/7 support for schedule inquiries and modifications.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and vendors; uphold safety policies.
