Republic Airways is seeking a front-line Scheduler to serve as a liaison among academy staff, students, and guests, ensuring smooth operations and timely communication. You will manage student documents, assign aircraft, and coordinate with instructors to maintain on-time departures.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while adhering to FAA regulations and company policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Stable work history with reliable attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in Windows OS, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to speak, read, write English.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and audit required student documents in the recordkeeping system.
• Assign and reassign aircraft to reservations for efficiency and maintenance.
• Serve as liaison between students and instructors to deliver/receive documents.
• Provide 22/7 support to students and instructors for schedule inquiries.
• Coordinate training reservations with qualified instructors for on-time departures.
• Monitor and adjust the daily schedule; communicate changes to crewmembers.
