Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks a Subsystems Flight Test Engineer at Edwards AFB to support developmental testing of aircraft subsystems. You will plan, execute, and report on flight tests, coordinate with design and production teams, and help ensure readiness for flight through thorough documentation.

The role requires a BS in Engineering with ABET accreditation and 4+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with relevant experience, plus the ability to obtain a DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree or higher with related experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills essential.
• Ability to obtain DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship may be required.

Responsibilities

• Test flight systems for aircraft including subsystems and components.
• Perform testing/validation to ensure safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate with design and production teams on improvements.
• Document results and contribute to certification and readiness for flight.
