Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks experienced structural flight test engineers to support Edwards AFB, CA, focusing on test planning, real-time control room monitoring, and post‑test analysis for stores integration programs. Team-based work with prime contractors and program offices is common, with occasional multi‑day travel.

Ideal candidates have ABET‑accredited engineering degrees, possible flight test experience, and the ability to obtain DoD security clearance up to Top Secret.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required with related field experience.
• Flight test experience in structures, loads, flutter preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance up to Top Secret with SAP.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan tests and monitor real‑time control room operations for elevated risk tests.
• Perform pre/post-test analysis and technical reporting on stores integration tests.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, prime contractors, and program offices.
• Travel domestically up to 10% as required for field duties.
