Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks experienced structural flight test engineers to support flight test at Edwards AFB, CA. Responsibilities include test planning, real-time control room monitoring of elevated risk tests, and post-test analysis with technical reporting on stores integration programs.

The ideal candidate has an ABET-accredited engineering degree, flight test experience, and the ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance. Travel up to 10% may be required. This is an in-person role.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering from ABET-accredited program with 4 years' related experience, or MS with 2+ years, or PhD in Engineering.
• Mastery of engineering concepts, principles, and practices; able to serve as technical authority.
• Must obtain DoD clearance up to Top Secret with Special Access; U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Perform flight test planning, real-time control room monitoring of elevated risk tests, and post-test analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interface with prime contractor, program office, external orgs.
• Occasional multi-day domestic travel up to 10%.
