Job summary

GMRE is seeking a subject-matter-expert to provide guidance on flight and ground test activities for USAF programs. The role includes developing test objectives, plans, run cards, data collection and analysis, and delivering expert recommendations for test reports.

Candidates should have TPS graduate flight training or equivalent experience, plus familiarity with fighter aircraft systems, safety planning, and test execution in a high-stakes environment. This is a full-time on-site role at a U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School (TPS) graduate training highly desired.
• Experience with test planning, data collection, and post-mission reports.
• Familiarity with fighter aircraft systems and USAF policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to 40 FLTS test engineers across test phases.
• Develop/test plans, run cards/scripts, and data analysis.
• Lead briefings and reviews, coordinate test resources and safety reviews.
• Conduct ground and flight test operations planning and execution.
• Prepare data packages and technical reports from test results.
• Present findings to management, customers, and higher HQ as needed.
