Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Flight Test Engineer / Principal Flight Test Engineer to join our Test and Evaluation team at Edwards AFB. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 2 years of related experience for Level 2; or Master’s with 0 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree for Level 3 with 5 years of related experience; Master’s with 3 years; or PhD with 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Develop flight test cards, profiles, and schedules.
• Conduct ground and flight tests per test plans and safety requirements.
• Provide real-time mission control room decisions and test readiness support.
