Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer to perform integration, verification, and field testing in Tucson, AZ. The role emphasizes data collection, fault analysis, and documentation for formal testing packages, with a 20% travel expectation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline with minimum five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Hardware Systems Integration experience.
• Platform Integration/Flight Test experience.
• Experience evaluating requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting and failure process.
• Experience with Verification and Validation methods.
• Experience coordinating multiple team members' schedules to meet critical program needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure system under test performs per specifications.
• Data collection and analysis; provide detailed reports of results.
• Trace and/or correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems; familiarity with failure reporting and corrective action.
• Create/modify documentation for Test Plans, Procedures, Test Readiness Review, Consent to Ship, and Test Data Review packages.
• Travel up to 20% to support testing and field activities.
