Job summary

Leidos in Huntsville, AL seeks a Flight Test and Integration Engineer Summer Intern to support multiple missile and autonomous systems programs. The role emphasizes multidisciplinary teamwork, lab-based testing, and data-driven verification of subsystems.

You will collect and analyze telemetry and test data, assist with system integration, and help produce clear reports and lessons learned for program improvement. This is a hands-on, on-site internship with real impact.

Qualifications

• ABET accredited engineering degree program at bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD level.
• Coursework in aerospace disciplines and instrumentation required.
• Experience with test engineering and data analysis preferred.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to work in Huntsville, AL on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support integration and flight-testing of subsystems and munitions.
• Contribute to lab tasks including requirements traceability and verification.
• Process telemetry, sensor logs, video and RF data to verify performance.
• Produce technical test reports, anomaly investigations and lessons learned.
