Job summary

Leidos Inc in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Flight Test and Integration Engineer Summer Intern to support missile systems and autonomous aircraft programs. You will join multidisciplinary teams to integrate and flight-test new subsystems and munitions, and produce technical test reports and data summaries.

You must be pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in an ABET-accredited engineering program, be a US citizen, maintain a 3.2+ GPA, and be willing to work in-office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• US Citizen with GPA 3.2 or higher and ability to perform physical work.
• Willing to work in-office in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to multidisciplinary teams responsible for integrating and flight-testing new subsystems, payloads, and/or munitions
• Work in a lab environment contributing to test-related engineering tasks such as requirements traceability, regression testing, and system integration verification
• Collect, process, and analyze test data (telemetry, sensor logs, video, RF, GNSS, inertial data, etc.) to verify system performance against requirements
• Produce clear technical test reports, data summaries, anomaly investigations, and lessons-learned documentation
