Lockheed Martin is seeking a Flight Test Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee the build, install/modification, and de-modification of instrumentation on aircraft. The role includes leading represented employees across metal fabrication, CNC machining, harness routing, and equipment installation.

Strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills are required to coordinate with multiple management levels and ensure safety and quality in flight-test operations.

Qualifications

• Metal fabrication experience required.
• CNC machining experience required.
• Harness fabrication and routing (install) experience.
• Flight Line/Aircraft modification experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead represented employees and manage instrumentation teams on site.
• Oversee metal fabrication, electrical harness fabrication, and structure/electrical installs on aircraft.
• Maintain and remove instrumentation measurements and equipment on aircraft.
• Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams.
