Lockheed Martin is seeking a Flight Test Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee the build, install/modification, and de-modification of instrumentation on aircraft. The role includes leading represented employees across metal fabrication, CNC machining, harness routing, and equipment installation.
Strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills are required to coordinate with multiple management levels and ensure safety and quality in flight-test operations.
The Flight Test Instrumentation Supervisor is responsible for the build, install/modification, and de-modification of Instrumentation measurements and supporting equipment.
This position will lead represented employees. Responsibilities include a broad range of oversight, including but not limited to, metal fabrication (CNC machining and sheet metal hand forming), electrical harness fabrication, structure and electrical install on aircraft, and maintenance and removal of instrumentation measurements and equipment on aircraft.
This position requires strong team leadership, administrative, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
