Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a full-time Staff Functional Test Engineer (Lead) within the Aeronautics Business Area. You will design and implement testing methods, develop DITMCO programs, and manage test equipment for aircraft builds.

Collaboration with design engineers and shop floor teams is essential in a fast-paced production environment. The role includes creating and maintaining test software, harness troubleshooting, and supporting C-130J production with flexible shifts, while fostering a

Qualifications

• Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial industries.
• Experience with wiring diagrams/schematics.
• Experience with wire harnesses and module testing.
• Experience with Automatic Circuit Analysis test programs.
• Programming experience (Python, C++, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment.
• Create DITMCO test programs and adapter cables.
• Maintain and support DITMCO implementations for wire harnesses.
• Provide technical recommendations for DITMCO equipment systems.
• Support C-130J Production teams with odd shifts/weekends.
