Job summary

Reliable Robotics is seeking a Flight Software Verification Engineer to verify embedded software for sensors and control systems, ensuring DO-178C compliance. You will work closely with flight hardware in the lab and on aircraft, plan flight testing, and help bring the autonomy stack to flight readiness.

You will define verification strategies, develop testing tooling, and lead test development efforts, including tool qualification per DO-178C/DO-330, while collaborating across aerospace,

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with C/C++.
• Experience in safety-critical verification of software to DO-178C objectives.
• Experience with requirements based testing in unit test and Hardware-In-The-Loop environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Aerospace Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Be a key contributor to the DO-178C verification strategy and implementation.
• Create tooling to provide an effective and compliant environment for software verification.
• Oversee and author test development.
• Perform tool qualification in accordance with DO-178C/DO-330.
