Job summary

Reliable Robotics Corporation is seeking a Sr. Flight Software Verification Engineer to verify embedded software interacting with sensors and control systems on aircraft. You will work in-lab and in-flight test environments to ensure DO-178C compliant verification and robust fault handling.

You will lead test development, build verification tooling, and perform tool qualification while collaborating with hardware, avionics, and software teams to bring safe autonomous flight closer to reality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with C or C++.
• Experience with safety-critical verification to DO-178C objectives.
• Experience with requirements-based testing in unit test and Hardware-In-The-Loop environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to DO-178C verification strategy and implementation.
• Create tooling to enable effective software verification in a compliant environment.
• Oversee and author test development.
• Perform tool qualification per DO-178C/DO-330.
