Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a detail-oriented Flight Record Coordinator to act as a bridge between the Office of the Registrar and flight departments in Daytona Beach and Prescott. The role ensures accurate data exchanges, regulatory compliance, and timely communications to partner offices.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience (administrative/compliance/higher ed/flight ops).
• Strong knowledge of FAA, TSA, DOE and VA regulations and academic policies.
• Proficiency with student information systems and flight scheduling software; Excel and Access preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the liaison between the Office of the Registrar and flight departments to ensure accurate data exchange.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and support internal/external audits.
• Communicate student status information to partner offices through established channels.
• Maintain procedures, identify gaps, and support improvements to flight training and academic records.
