Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience in a large university or similar environment.
• Experience with enterprise student information systems and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team including business analysts and transcript/record specialists with staff development and performance metrics.
• Oversee core student information system applications and related technologies; ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
• Coordinate data transmissions to internal and external stakeholders and support institutional decision-making.
• Develop clear change-management communications and translate technical changes for campus users.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA, federal/state regulations, and university policies.
