Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 1–3 years of relevant work experience in Administrative/Compliance/Higher Ed/Flight Ops.
• Strong knowledge of FAA, TSA, DOE and VA regulations and academic policies.
• Proficiency with student information systems and flight scheduling software; experience with Excel/Access preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a link between the Registrar's Office and Flight Departments to ensure accurate data exchange.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and support internal/external audits; resolve record issues.
• Communicate student status information via established channels and document procedures for improvements.
