Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Daytona Beach is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Flight Record Coordinator to serve as a vital link between the Office of the Registrar and the Daytona Beach and Prescott Flight Departments. Reporting to the University Registrar, this unique cross-functional role is responsible for ensuring the accurate exchange of data between academic and flight operations systems, maintaining regulatory compliance, communicating student status information to partner offices and supporting internal and external audits, record discrepancy review and resolution of record issues. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring appropriate messaging is departed to students through established communication channels. Additionally, this individual will maintain procedures, identify process gaps, and support improvements related to flight training records and academic records.
