Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University—Daytona Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Flight Record Coordinator to connect the Registrar's Office with Daytona Beach and Prescott Flight Departments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 1–3 years of relevant experience in Administrative/Compliance/Higher Ed/Flight Ops preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with student information systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) and flight scheduling (ETA) software; experience with Microsoft Access and Excel is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the Registrar and Flight Departments to ensure accurate data exchange.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and support internal and external audits.
• Communicate student status information to partner offices and students through established channels.
• Review record discrepancies and resolve issues related to flight training and academic records.
• Identify process gaps and support improvements to flight training and academic records processes.
