Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Daytona Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Flight Record Coordinator to serve as the liaison between the Office of the Registrar and the Daytona Beach and Prescott Flight Departments. The role ensures accurate data exchange between academic and flight operations systems, maintains regulatory compliance, and supports audits.

You will review records for discrepancies, communicate student status to partner offices, and help implement improvements to flight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant Admin/Compliance/Higher Ed/Flight Ops experience required.
• Strong knowledge of FAA, DOE, TSA and VA regulations and academic policies.
• Proficiency with student information systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) and flight scheduling software (ETA).
• Experience with Microsoft Access and Excel highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data exchange between the Registrar and Flight Departments across Daytona Beach and Prescott programs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and support internal and external audits.
• Review and resolve discrepancies in flight training and academic records.
• Communicate student status information to partner offices using established channels.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to improvements in flight and academic records procedures.
