You will administer the scheduling and training management systems, manage software configurations, and develop reports to inform data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, experience with data analysis and reporting tools, and the ability to work with faculty, instructors, and student employees in a fast-paced aviation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Aviation, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience supporting software systems, scheduling operations, data management, or aviation-related operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with databases, reporting tools, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret data and generate reports that support operational decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills with students, faculty, and staff.
• Ability to learn, administer, and support specialized software applications.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
