Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Agent at MSY Airport. You will welcome passengers, assist with inquiries, and support check-in and boarding processes in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong English communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. On-site position with benefits and opportunities for growth within the aviation services team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain required credentials (FAA/TSA etc.) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, gates, and airport services.
• Handle check-in and baggage processing courteously.
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with ground staff to ensure a smooth passenger experience.
